I am a foreigner who cannot speak Japanese, is that okay?

There is no problem.
To date, our service has been used by people from over 20 countries, including Asia and Europe.

Everyone is welcome as long as they follow the manners and rules of communal living.
Also, for those who cannot speak Japanese, the manager will be able to assist you in English, so please don't worry.

Can I use it for a short period of time?

Generally, we require a contract of at least one month.

What do I need when signing a contract?

You will need to submit a copy of your driver's license, passport, or residence card to verify your identity.

Is there parking available?

There is no parking lot on the premises, but there are several monthly parking lots nearby, so please use them.
